Eligibility Criteria合格标准
- Must be a senior decision maker with procurement responsibility for MICE and leisure travel products and services.
- Organize outbound MICE groups and events to a variety of Asian destinations.
- Display evidence of previous and potential outbound MICE and leisure travel business.
- Demonstrate that you routinely collaborate with MICE and travel product and service providers.
Note:The Buyers Team will verify that all buyers are appropriate matches for the present exhibitor. The Buyers Team may ask additional questions or seek supporting papers from buyers. All provided information is totally private and confidential.

- Buyers are requested to complete the online application form via Penang Virtual Roadshow to China 2022 official website only. Deadline: 1st of April 2022 (TBA)
- Participation is based on first come first serve basis and are only limited to 300 companies.
- Buyers are to be the decision maker of the company as well as having a significant track record in organising tours / events in the MICE industry in several outbound destinations.
- 买家需通过槟城线上路演—中国站的官方网站来填写申请表格。截止日期:2022年4月1日(待定)
- 由于名额有限（限于300家公司参与），有兴趣者报名从速。只限中国买家参与。
- 买家需是公司的决策者，并拥有多个MICE活动及出境旅游的经验。
Acceptance of Application

- This application, when submitted, shall serve as an agreement between the applicant’s organization and the Organizing Committee that the above terms and conditions have been read and understood by the applicant. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject any incomplete application submitted without the applicant’s signature or stamp of the company.
- 提交此申请后，即表示申请人已阅读并理解上述条款和条件。主办方有权拒绝任何不完整或缺少申请人签名或盖章的申请。

- Attendance at all Pre-Scheduled Appointments (PSA) is compulsory. Buyers & exhibitors are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.
- Buyers are not allowed to cancel or re-arrange Pre-Scheduled Appointments (PSA) unless the Exhibitor is in agreement and the Organising Committee has been informed.
- All Pre-Scheduled Appointments (PSA) must be attended according to the scheduled time.
- Please be in business attire throughout all sessions.
- Respectively, all buyers and exhibitors must ensure they are equipped with stable internet connection, smooth/clear video streaming and audio quality in order to have an uninterrupted user experience throughout the duration of Penang Virtual roadshow to China 2022.
- Discussions must be strictly professional.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the rights to take necessary actions on any misuse of information, misconduct and other in appropriation detected throughout the duration of Penang Virtual Roadshow to China 2022.
- For optimal experience, all buyers and exhibitors are advised to participate Penang Virtual Roadshow to China 2022 via computer or laptop. Participating via portable devices such as smart phones, tablets & iPad are not encouraged, to avoid any technical difficulty.
- 双方（买家与参展商）必须在展前完成展前商务洽谈。
- 除非参展商同意并通知主办方，否则买家不被允许取消或者重新安排展前预订商务洽谈。
- 所有展前预定商务洽谈必须按照所规划的时间进行。
- 会议进行时，请确保您的衣着符合商务着装标准。
- 所有买家及参展商需全程保证稳定的互联网连接，流畅及清晰的视频流和音频质量以确保活动过程中不间断的用户体验。
- 洽谈内容必须严格专业。
- 主办方保有在活动期间所发现的任何信息滥用，不当或者挪用行为所需采取的必要行动权利。
- 建议所有买家及参展商使用电脑或笔记本电脑参加此项线上活动以获取最佳体验。避免任何技术问题的发生，参展商及买家尽可能避免使用捷式设备如智能手机及平板电脑参与此项线上活动。
