- Traditional virtual exposition "booth" listing with business tools
- Each day, there are up to 12 Pre-Scheduled Appointment (PSA) slots available.

- Listing of company profile in the Digital Show Directory
- Distribution will occur post-event, with distribution to the whole event database (preliminary event directory provides information of firm name and address) (post-event directory has full information of buyers contact details, etc.).
- The directory will be accessible on the event website for up to one month following the event.
- The organiser of the Penang Virtual Roadshow To China maintains the right to review, reject, or deny the participation of exhibitors.
- If neither buyers nor exhibitors take action before the deadline, the Pre-Scheduled Appointment (PSA) system will automatically approve the meeting requests.

- Exhibitors are requested to complete the online application form via Penang Virtual Roadshow to China 2022 official website only.
Deadline : First week of April 2022 (TBA) - Space Availability are based on first come first serve and are only limited to 20 companies.
- Registration payment is required within 7 working days after receiving the Registration Confirmation. Failing to do so, your application will be cancelled. Registration payment must be made in full. Should there be any exclusive of bank fees or charges, it will be borne by their own company account.
- 参展商需通过槟城线上路演 – 中国站2022的官方网站来填写申请表格。
截止日期为2022年4月的第一周（待定）。 - 由于名额有限（限于20家公司），有兴趣者报名从速。
- 通过审核者必须在七（7）天工作日内汇款。否则，申请资格自动取消。注册费用需以全额支付，此费用不包括银行手续费或其他费用，参展商需承担其费用。

- Attendance at all Pre-Scheduled Appointments (PSA) is compulsory. Buyers & exhibitors are expected to attend all scheduled sessions.
- Buyers are not allowed to cancel or re-arrange Pre-Scheduled Appointments (PSA) unless the Exhibitor is in agreement and the Organising Committee has been informed.
- All Pre-Scheduled Appointments (PSA) must be attended according to the scheduled time.
- Please be in business attire throughout all sessions.
- Respectively, all buyers and exhibitors must ensure they are equipped with stable internet connection, smooth/clear video streaming and audio quality in order to have an uninterrupted user experience throughout the duration of Penang Virtual roadshow to China 2022.
- Discussions must be strictly professional.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the rights to take necessary actions on any misuse of information, misconduct and other in appropriation detected throughout the duration of Penang Virtual Roadshow to China 2022.
- For optimal experience, all buyers and exhibitors are advised to participate Penang Virtual Roadshow to China 2022 via computer or laptop. Participating via portable devices such as smart phones, tablets & iPad are not encouraged, to avoid any technical difficulty.
- 双方（买家与参展商）必须在展前完成展前商务洽谈。
- 除非参展商同意并通知主办方，否则买家不被允许取消或者重新安排展前预订商务洽谈。
- 所有展前预定商务洽谈必须按照所规划的时间进行。
- 会议进行时，请确保您的衣着符合商务着装标准。
- 所有买家及参展商需全程保证稳定的互联网连接，流畅及清晰的视频流和音频质量以确保活动过程中不间断的用户体验。
- 洽谈内容必须严格专业。
- 主办方保有在活动期间所发现的任何信息滥用，不当或者挪用行为所需采取的必要行动权利。
- 建议所有买家及参展商使用电脑或笔记本电脑参加此项线上活动以获取最佳体验。避免任何技术问题的发生，参展商及买家尽可能避免使用捷式设备如智能手机及平板电脑参与此项线上活动。
